Mackerel Fillets and Guacamole Canapés

Ingredients
2 cans of Mackerel Fillets in Organic Olive Oil Jupiter
1 large cucumber
1 avocado
1 lime (juice)
Salt to taste
Basil to taste
Black pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Cut the cucumber into 16 equal slices. Reserve.
2. In a bowl, crush the avocado with a fork. Add the lime juice and the olive oil from the cans. Season with salt to taste and chopped basil. Mix until you get a creamy paste. Spread guacamole on the cucumber slices. Place pieces of Mackerel Fillets on top of each slice. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
3. Serve immediately.
