Ingredients
2 cans of Horse Mackerel Fillets in Olive Oil with Garlic and Parsley Manná
400g of onions
200g of carrots
200ml of white wine
200g of bell peppers
200g of pumpkin
½ cup of vinegar
20g of parsley
4 slices of mixed cereals bread
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt (to taste)
Preparation
1. Start by cutting all the vegetables. Put everything in a pan and let it stew with white wine, vinegar and salt.
2. Add the Horse Mackerel Fillets, the olive oil and the fresh parsley at the end.
3. Toast the bread and serve with the Horse Mackerel Fillets Marinade on top.
