Ingredients
1 can of Mackerel Fillets Portuguese Style in Olive Oil Manná
1/2 cup cooked rice
1 boiled egg, cut in half
5 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons of cooked corn
1 tablespoon black olives
fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Preparation
- Place the cooked rice at the bottom of the lunch box.
- On top, place the ingredients in sections: tomatoes, corn, olives, boiled egg and drained Mackerel Manná Fillets (but you can use a little olive oil to add more flavor!).
- Finish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to take with you. It can be eaten cold or slightly heated (removing the egg and vegetables before heating, if preferred).
