Mediterranean Pasta with Mackerel Fillets
2 Mackerel Fillets in olive oil Manná
150 g of spaghetti
2 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
2 cups of cherry tomatoes
10 pitted black olives
parsley (to taste)
lemon juice (to taste)
Parmesan cheese (to taste)
Olive oil (to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1. Start by putting a pan of water on medium heat, bring it to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions.
2. Chop the garlic, pepper, cherry tomato, olives and parsley.
3. In a frying pan, add the Mackerel Fillets, the garlic and the olive oil. Let it cook for a few minutes.
4. Then add the chopped vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add salt and pepper.
5. Once the pasta is ready, remove it from the heat and drain. Add the spaghetti to the vegetables and cook for about 1 minute.
6. Serve the pasta and finish with the grated parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
