Toast with Mackerel Fillets and Avocado and Boiled Egg paste

Ingredients

1 can of Mackerel Fillets in Mustard Sauce Manná

1 thick slice of sourdough bread

1 avocado

1 boiled egg

chia seeds

Salt to season

Lemon juice

Chopped cilantro

Preparation
  1. Cut a thick slice of sourdough bread. If it is fresh, there is no need to toast it, otherwise you can do so.

  2. Mash 1 avocado with a fork and season with salt to taste, a dessert spoon of lemon juice and add the chopped coriander.

  3. Finally, before serving, add coarsely chopped boiled egg to the avocado paste and mix.

  4. Spread the bread with the avocado and boiled egg paste.

  5. Place the Mackerel Fillets on top of the paste.

  6. Finish by using chia sprouts as a topping.
