Toast with Mackerel Fillets and Avocado and Boiled Egg paste

Ingredients
1 can of Mackerel Fillets in Mustard Sauce Manná
1 thick slice of sourdough bread
1 avocado
1 boiled egg
chia seeds
Salt to season
Lemon juice
Chopped cilantro
Preparation
- Cut a thick slice of sourdough bread. If it is fresh, there is no need to toast it, otherwise you can do so.
- Mash 1 avocado with a fork and season with salt to taste, a dessert spoon of lemon juice and add the chopped coriander.
- Finally, before serving, add coarsely chopped boiled egg to the avocado paste and mix.
- Spread the bread with the avocado and boiled egg paste.
- Place the Mackerel Fillets on top of the paste.
- Finish by using chia sprouts as a topping.
