Chickpea and Spicy Curry Pâté Sandwich

Ingredients
1 can of Chickpea and Spicy Curry Pâté Manná
2 slices of multigrain whole wheat bread
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Arugula or baby spinach to taste.
French fries as side (optional)
Preparation
1. Lightly toast the slices of multigrain whole wheat bread.
2. Spread the Spicy Manná Curry Chickpea Pâté generously on both slices of bread.
3. Place a layer of red onion slices on one of the slices.
4. Add the fresh green leaves on top of the onion.
5. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread (with the pâté facing inwards).
6. Cut the sandwich diagonally and secure each half with a toothpick.
7. Serve with French fries.
Tips:
- For an extra touch of freshness, you can add cucumber slices or tomato slices.
- If you like more texture, you can add sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
- Do you like pickles? They will also match perfectly.
