“Montanheira” style mixed Salad with Sardines

Ingredients
2 cans of Sardines in Organic Olive Oil Jupiter
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 red and/or green pepper
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
Olive Oil and vinegar to taste
Salt to taste
Oreganos to taste
Preparation
1. Chop the tomato into small cubes, the cucumber, the pepper and the onion.
2. Put everything in a salad bowl, chop the garlic and add to the remaining ingredients.
3. Add the Sardines.
4. Season with the oil from the can, salt, vinegar and dried oreganos.
