Ingredients
3 cans of Horse Mackerel Fillets in Organic olive oil Jupiter
1 egg
300 ml of chilled sparkling water
250 gr of wheat flour
Vegetable oil (to fry)
Preparation
1. Mix the flour with the egg and the mineral water, stir and leave to rise covered for 15 minutes.
2. Dip the Horse Mackerel Fillets in this mixture and fry in very hot vegetable oil.
3. Serve.
